We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager, NPI to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts in Taipei. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, incorporating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8-11 years' experience in a similar industry, preferably in NPI or program management.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate individuals, and drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and provide fact-based recommendations.
  • Ability to travel globally, with a collaborative and team-based culture.
