Senior Principal Product Development Manager

Dell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Product Development Manager to lead our engineering solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of engineering solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Direct the efforts of a team of engineers and technical professionals to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for team members.
- Stay informed and knowledgeable of current and future technology trends within the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product development and engineering leadership.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in a technical field.
- Advanced technology and engineering skills relating to design, test, and quality.
- Strong understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions.
