Senior Product Development Manager

Dell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Product Development Manager to lead our engineering solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of engineering solutions, including boards, mechanical, peripherals, power, Operating System, and firmware.
- Direct the efforts of a team of engineers to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
- Organize intra- and inter-organizational activities to ensure completion of products and programs on schedule and within budget.
- Lead communication with extended teams and ensure they are informed and in agreement with all activities needed for product success.
- Develop budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 8+ years of leadership experience.
- Advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, test, and quality.
- Strong understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions.
