Senior Product Development Manager

Dell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Product Development Manager to lead our engineering solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of engineering solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Direct the efforts of a team of engineers and technical professionals to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
- Organize and manage intra- and inter-organizational activities to ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, services, and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with current and future technology trends and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product development and engineering management.
- 8+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving team success.
- Advanced technology and engineering skills, with a strong understanding of design, test, and quality.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and solutions.
