Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic product development initiatives, leveraging technical expertise to inform design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle management, from planning to production.
  • Develop and execute budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, analyzing and addressing gaps in go-to-market technical collateral, and driving process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record of leadership and technical expertise.
  • Advanced technology/engineering skills, with a focus on design, test, and quality.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of customer use cases and solutions.
