Senior Principal Product Development Manager

Dell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Product Development Manager to lead our product development team in Taipei, Taiwan. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of products and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Dell remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results.
- Advanced technology and engineering skills, with a strong understanding of design, test, and quality principles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
