Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager for our Software Engineering team in Taipei, you will play a key role in delivering next-generation application enhancements and new products that drive innovation and growth.

**About the Role:**

  • Lead projects or modules with a significant impact on specific components or subsets of projects, working closely with internal engineering teams to identify priorities and resources.
  • Define tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress while providing guidance to project teams and making recommendations to senior management as necessary.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment on business matters, assuming responsibility to improve service efficiency and quality of work.

**Key Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the IT industry, with expertise in Microsoft office tools and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior management, with a focus on quality, productivity, and attention to detail.
  • PMP Certification is a plus, but not mandatory. A Master's degree with 3+ years of PM experience and fluency in English are also highly valued.
