Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, NPI Program Management to join our team in Taipei. As a key member of our Ruckus Networks team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and managing the entire new product introduction (NPI) lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Overall Program Management: Execute the NPI lifecycle using CommScope/Ruckus NPI process and program management tool (Asana).
- Planning: Create operational project plans incorporating cross-functional collaboration of project requirements, schedule, milestones, internal/external dependencies, risk, target release, and approvals for project execution commit (EC).
- Execution: Manage program execution with daily tracking, milestone, and deliverable management, including validations, material readiness, Arena bill of materials (BOM) change order reviews and approvals, BOM lock & gate reviews for phase advancement.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage risk through continuous schedule and mitigation management, ensuring deliverables and technical commits are met on time.
- Reporting: Provide weekly status reporting and monthly executive program reviews.
- PPA: Manage and document program impacts in real-time, evaluating and implementing process improvements.
- KPI/Goals/Process Improvement: Develop and review NPI departmental goals annually to achieve excellence in process efficiency.
- Sustaining: Perform post-production/sustaining program activities as assigned/required.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a related field.
- 8-11 years' experience in a similar industry preferred.
- PMP or other project management certification preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and motivate individuals.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable results required.
- Ability to analyze information and provide fact-based recommendations required.
- Ability to travel globally.
- Collaborative and demonstrated ability to work in a team-based culture throughout a global organization.
- Good judgment and timely decision-making skills.
