Product Development Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Dell. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our products from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement product development strategies to meet business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and manage day-to-day project execution.
  • Analyze and address gaps in go-to-market technical collateral.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product development or a related field.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced technology and engineering skills, including design, test, and quality.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and objectives, as well as customer use cases and solutions.
