Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our Ruckus Networks business unit, you will be responsible for managing the development of new wireless networking products from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new wireless networking products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful product development and launch.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that products meet customer needs and market requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
- 8-11 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or MS Project.
