Position: Finance & HR Admin Officer (Location: Taipei)

(for a German company of 10 headcount set up in Taipei - electrical/ electronic sales)

  • Invoice & Payment Processing: Review and verify invoices, match with PO/DO/PR/quotations, enter accounting system, and prepare timely payments
  • Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain proper documentation of payments and support audit processes; ensure approval of expenses
  • General Administration: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including supply coordination, document filing, and office support
  • General HR Admin support role

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent. Some experience in Finance is a plus
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Computer literature.
  • Meticulous and neat with details.
  • People oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
  • Junior role is acceptable, may provide guidance / training.
