主要工作內容 / Key Responsibilities:
財務 | Finance (60%):
- 協助每月結帳、報表製作與稽核作業/ Support monthly closing, reporting, and audits
- 發票處理、付款及供應商查詢 / Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor inquiries
- 協助財務分析、成本控管及策略專案/ Assist financial analysis, cost control, and strategic projects
- 確保遵循 IFRS、 GAPP 與當地稅法 / Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAPP, and local tax regulations
人資與行政| HR & Administration (40%):
- 協助職缺發布、面試排程與候選人聯繫等招募事務 Assist with recruitment tasks including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- 負責薪資與獎金計算,並發放每月薪資單 Prepare salary and payroll calculations; issue monthly pay slips
- 發送錄取通知、製作聘用合約並安排新進人員入職流程 Issue job offers and employment contracts; facilitate onboarding
- 負責健保、勞保之申報與異動 Manage health and labor insurance applications and updates
- 辦公室行政與日常運作支援,協助員工活動/ Handle office administration and employee engagement activities
- 協助簽證/工作許可及稽核需求 / Assist with visa/work permits and HR audits
任職要求 / Requirements:
- 財務會計或審計經驗 2–4 年以上,具跨國企業工作經驗者佳/ 2–4 years accounting or audit experience, preferably in an MNC
- 具 2–3 年人資或行政經驗佳 / 2–3 years HR or administrative experience preferred
- 熟悉台灣勞動法、薪資、社保與稅務 / Familiar with Taiwan labor law, payroll, social insurance, and taxation
- Excel 熟練,了解 Power BI / SQL 更佳 / Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI / SQL is a plus
- 中英文流利,細心、主動且具責任感/ Fluent in Mandarin & English; detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
學歷 / Education:
- 會計、財務、人資或企業管理相關科系學士以上 / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration
- CPA / ACCA / CMA 證照佳 / CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred
