Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, HR & Admin to support our operations in Taiwan. The candidate will play a key role in managing human resources functions and ensuring smooth office administration operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Handle the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Taiwanese labor laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll and handle employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture and team bonding.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Office Administration

  • Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate the setup of the new office, including renovation, and procurement of office equipment and supplies.
  • Handle business travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
  • Knowledge of Taiwanese labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
