The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior management and ensuring smooth office functioning. Job Responsibilities: Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, reimbursements, vendor payments, financial record keeping, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations; coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.Oversee all administrative functions to maintain a well-stocked, well-maintained, and efficient office environment, including supplies, equipment, office maintenance, travel arrangements, and event coordination.Facilitate human resources duties including onboarding, benefits administration, employee record maintenance, compliance with Taiwan labor laws, and recruitment support such as interview scheduling and communication management.Assist in compliance and regulatory matters by supporting policy adherence, preparing regulatory filings, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, building management, vendors, and external stakeholders in Taiwan. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any related at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, administration or HR, preferably within financial or legal services sectors. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Taiwan labor laws. CPA certification is a plus but not a must. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Taiwanese is an advantage.
