- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to promote the school, attract new enrolments, and coordinate relevant events.
- Work with the Finance Department on application-related matters, including but not limited to the payment of registration fees, tuition, and billing.
- Monitor local and international education market trends to inform and refine the school's admissions strategies.
- Manage and analyze admissions data to track inquiries, registrations, assessments, and enrolments, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic planning in coordination with the Admissions Committee.
- Continuously review and enhance admissions policies, systems, and processes to align with the school's strategic goals, including implementing digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
- Collaborate strategically with the TES leadership team to maintain TES' healthy admissions pipeline, as the school's demographics follow the macro trend of an applicant base transitioning to primarily locally residing applicants.
- Oversee all admissions activities to ensure efficiency, competitiveness, and compliance with government regulations and school philosophy and policies.
- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of admissions policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Supervise and support the Admissions team, regularly evaluating their performance and setting development goals.
- Previous experience as an Admissions Manager, Director of Admissions, or Registrar at a similar institution is preferred, along with experience in promoting, developing, and managing the full admissions process.
- A proven ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to help drive positive change.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Experience working in a large school or similar organization with multiple campuses and diverse communities.
- Confidence in working with data to support key activities, as well as preparing and presenting clear, accurate management information.
- Familiarity with admissions platforms and supporting software such as OpenApply, Finalsite, Calendly, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high level of professionalism, along with empathy and sensitivity.
- The ability to think strategically while also paying close attention to the details that make a difference.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn analysis into practical solutions.
- Well-developed skills in planning and managing busy admissions processes and activities.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines, and adaptable to change.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable using a range of digital tools and applications.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours, as some evening and weekend work may be required.
- Flexible, reliable, and highly organized.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of integrity and a genuine desire to do what's best for students and the school.
