【職務說明】

  • 作為 Driver Operations Lead(夥伴營運組長),你將扮演關鍵角色,帶領團隊推動司機招募與管理機制,特別是透過推廣,吸引並引導更多司機加入租車專案,以提升司機夥伴的數量與品質。你將成為平台成長的核心推動者,因為我們相信,穩定且具專業性的司機供給,是推動 Lalamove 持續成長的關鍵。透過流程優化、數據驅動決策與跨專案協作,你將持續提升平台運能,並強化 Lalamove 的營運核心。

【工作內容包含】- 營運標準制定:建立、執行並優化招募與審核流程,確保司機夥伴加入流程順暢並符合平台需求。
- 績效管理:持續追蹤團隊績效及營運指標,並即時調整優化以達成目標。
- 團隊管理:管理 4-5 人團隊,包含租車推廣、招募說明會與專案執行,提升整體營運效能。
- 租車推廣與廠商合作:積極推廣並說服更多司機參與租車專案,洽談並維護與租車廠商的合作關係,拓展車輛與司機夥伴。
- 司機招募與審核:規劃並執行線上、線下招募說明會,優化申請與審核流程,提升和規司機加入效率。
- 司機夥伴關係管理:規劃教育訓練與營運活動,提升司機忠誠度並降低流失率。
- 專業搬家專案管理:負責規劃與推動專業搬家相關司機招募與專案執行。
【工作待遇】

  • 月薪 45,000元 ~ 60,000元
