【工作內容】
整合品牌營運,包含客服、物流、出貨及後勤營運系統導入與維運。
監督官網、小樹購及其他電商平台之營運作業,維持訂單處理品質與顧客體驗。
建立並監控從生產、倉儲至客戶端的營運流程,確保供應鏈穩定與效率。
規劃並推動 ERP、POS、CRM 等系統整合與流程優化,提升營運效能。
統籌客服運作與服務品質管理,監控回覆時效、滿意度及客訴率等關鍵指標。
蒐集營運與顧客數據,分析問題根因並提出流程改善與數位化提升方案。
管控部門預算與費用核銷,確保資源運用效益最大化。
定期追蹤營運績效、流程優化進度與跨部門協作狀況。
【我們希望你/妳】
具10年以上品牌營運、電商或通路管理經驗,含 主管經驗。
熟悉 ERP/POS/CRM 系統操作與流程優化,具跨系統整合或導入經驗。
理解 倉儲與物流管理流程,能協調供應鏈及跨部門營運。
具客服與營運流程設計經驗,重視顧客體驗與效率提升。
具專案管理與數位化思維,能推動流程改善與系統導入。
熟悉電商平台(如 Cyberbiz、小樹購、蝦皮)操作經驗者尤佳。
對健康或保健產業具興趣,了解產業特性或法規佳。
