業務發展經理
,負責開拓台灣市場的新客戶與合作夥伴。理想人選需樂於迎接挑戰,並能在節奏快速、以目標為導向的環境中茁壯成長。

主要職責與工作內容

  • 開發與拓展新業務
  • 發掘、接觸並開發各產業的高潛力客戶
  • 透過人脈網絡、客戶推薦、商業活動及主動開發,建立穩健的客戶開發管道
  • 主導完整的業務開發流程,從潛在客戶開發、提案到簽約

策略協作與目標管理

  • 與高階管理團隊密切合作,確保業務拓展策略與公司整體目標一致
  • 定期提供市場洞察與建議,優化市場開發策略

客戶對接與業務擴展

  • 監督新客戶的順利對接,並與營運團隊清晰交接
  • 協助制定新客戶的客製化開發與行銷策略

品牌代表與關係經營

  • 以專業且具信譽的形象代表公司,參與外部會議、人脈拓展活動與產業論壇
  • 培養長期潛在客戶關係,建立穩固合作基礎

業務報告與業績預測

  • 管理客戶開發管道報告、銷售預測及財務評估流程
  • 蒐集市場情報並進行深度分析
  • 定期彙報業務進展,指出挑戰與機會

學歷要求

  • 商業管理相關學士學位優先

工作經歷

  • 至少5年以上業務開發、銷售或客戶開發經驗,具銷售、行銷或服務業背景者佳
  • 擁有建立銷售管道並成功拓展大型客戶的經驗(擁有商業客戶/品牌網絡者佳)
  • 具備高成長企業或創業環境工作經驗者優先
