CNCC (Condé Nast Commercial Creative) provides public relations activities and marketing planning services for leading fashion boutiques and lifestyle brands. Understanding the marketing needs of customers, and provides online and offline all-round services with the service tenet of "Customer Communication" Media integrated marketing and public relations services.
1. 帶領康泰納仕 Commercial Creative 部門
- 負責公司 White Label Business(整合行銷、公關活動、網紅行銷)之業務發展並確保達成給予之營收目標。
- 管理公司 Commercial Support 單位(內容行銷、品牌活動、商務編輯、品牌行銷)。
- 整合所有 Commercial Support 團隊,協助業務團隊完成業績目標。
- 負責部門永續發展並維持公司市場競爭力之策略,組織營運,增長創新。
2. 整合服務與策略規劃
- 整合團隊資源為市場提供具規模潛力與競爭力的服務與銷售組合。
- 規劃獨有的全媒體行銷服務定位與長期策略,強化競爭優勢。
- 制定商務內容與跨平台推廣方向,提升品牌價值與市場能見度。
- 整合內部編輯、廣告、社群、影音、數據與設計等資源,打造創新且具影響力的整合企劃與產品。
3. 創新發展與產品規劃
- 主導商務內容 IP 的開發與商品化,拓展商業邊界與變現機會。
- 導入創新內容形式與多元營收模式,建立可擴張的內容商業體系。
- 探索並評估新興媒體趨勢與工具,引入具潛力的新平台與形式。
- 開發外部合作機會(如內容創作者、平台、製作團隊)與合作夥伴共創具市場影響力的新專案與服務。
4. 跨部門協作
- 建立高效的跨部門協作流程,整合編輯、影音、商務與數據等關鍵資源,完成客戶所需服務與業務的執行。
5. 客戶經營與業務成長
- 深化既有客戶關係,提供客製化整合行銷解決方案。
- 積極開發潛在客戶與策略合作機會,拓展營收來源。
- 帶領團隊達成年度業績與獲利目標,確保客戶滿意與專案成果兼顧。
6. 執行公司或上級交辦任務,具備高度應變與執行能力。
