你的工作任務(Front Desk / Community Lead)

一、成為旅人的第一段 Oani 體驗

  • 辦理入住與退房
  • 帶領旅人熟悉空間與周邊環境
  • 信件往來、系統與帳務操作
  • 行政事務與日常環境維護
  • 協助旅人處理旅行中的大小問題
  • 館內檢查與現場調整

二、打造旅人記得住的住宿體驗(Guest Experience)

  • 推薦台北與全台景點
  • 策劃或帶活動
  • 依特質分配行銷、企劃或業務相關任務
  • 追求優質體驗與好評價

三、如果你是組長(Team Lead)

  • 引導新夥伴熟悉流程與標準
  • 任務分配與進度追蹤
  • 注意現場細節,維持品質
