C&B Responsibilities (經理級專業職缺 1人)


• 負責管理報告的蒐集、規劃、分析現況與產出,配合集團海內外經營策略發展需求


• 協助主管規劃、設計、評估、執行 HR專案並達成 KPI目標


• 分析市場情資,協助集團海外薪資結構布局


• 針對海外派駐人員包含海外稅務,分析並提出完整薪酬提案與其他計算服務


• 監督全球派駐與外籍人員的派駐流程並提高效率


• 持續優化總部與海外的薪酬系統,透過監管、提出解決方案與建議

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taipei 大直區域.

(MRT BR15 Jiannan Road station 9 mins by foot, low daily parking rates).

1. 10年經驗

2. 中英文口頭和書面溝通能力,高度關注細節和協作性
