Responsibilities

【招募與人力配置】

  1. 與部門主管合作完成年度人力規劃(編制及預算)並展開人員遞補計畫

  2. 與用人主管合作招募合適的人才,並協助新人報到及安置輔導

【組織與人事異動】

  1. 依據策略需求進行組織設計或組織重組,並協助部門主管做變革溝通

  2. 依據組織需求進行人事異動,如:轉調、派駐、晉升、人員離職…等等

【績效管理】

  1. 與部門主管合作展開年度目標設定與追蹤

  2. 與部門主管合作進行年度績效考核,引導主管做績效校準及員工面談溝通

  3. 與部門主管合作進行績效考核後續人才管理(個人發展計畫、績效輔導、晉升、獎酬…等等)

【薪酬福利與預算協作】

  1. 引導部門主管執行獎金分配及年度調薪作業,並給予薪酬措施的建議

  2. 與主管和員工溝通福利方案或退休協議

【員工關係與合規】

  1. 管理員工關係相關個案,並向部門主管提出管理上的建議

  2. 受理職場不法侵害與申訴案件

【人才訓練與發展】

  1. 與 CoE 合作執行人才發展專案

  2. 與部門主管合作提報晉升人選與後續溝通

  3. 規劃與執行部門內部教育訓練

【人員數據分析】

  1. 與SSC合作製作部門人員儀表板(招募時效、離職率、敬業度、訓練完成率等),提供部門主管決策洞察

【專案與利害關係人管理】

  1. 與CoE及SSC合作,整合部門需求,在部門內主導人資專案。如:敬業度調查、職能評鑑...等等

Qualifications

  1. 3~7年HR經驗(含獨立支持事業單位的經驗)

  2. 具備HR專業知識,包含:招募、人才發展、績效管理、薪酬、員工關係、勞動法令…等等

  3. 英文溝通與書信能力

加分條件:

  1. 人力資源、企業管理、心理、社會或相關科系

  2. 具備跨國HR管理經驗
