台灣民主實驗室徵求 Project Coordinator 專案經理,主責協助串聯印太地區調查夥伴、管理跨國研究及培訓計畫的進度追蹤、協調內、外部資源及進度,確保計畫如期推進。該職位將協助籌辦各類型社群活動,包含線上與線下的會議與工作坊,促進印太地區夥伴的交流與合作。此外,需負責整理與撰寫相關專案報告、協助預算編制及費用控管,並視需要處理主管交辦的其他事務,包含跨部門溝通及行政支持工作。(隨時可到職)

【工作職責】

  • 建立並維護與專案利害關係者的關係
  • 主責數位調查組各項專案的進度和預算管理、協調與執行
  • 協助印太地區網絡的經營,籌辦線上、線下會議及活動
  • 協調內、外部夥伴,統籌對外溝通文件素材設計
  • 協助以中、英文進行專案提案、專案進度報告與對外溝通文件

【基本要求】

  • 3 年以上工作經驗
  • 專案管理能力,並具備任一使用專案進度管理工具的經驗
  • 具備良好的文字能力,能撰寫中、英文報告
  • 具備內、外部團隊合作、財務與行政細節的相關經驗
  • 視覺化溝通能力
  • 熟悉種線上數位協作工具,包含 Google Suite
  • 具備良好英文能力,聽說讀寫需在高級以上程度
  • 具備良好的抗壓性、自制力與 Multitasking 能力
  • 具備良好與認真的工作態度,有獨立完成工作的能力且做事細心
  • 具備良好溝通與表達能力、喜愛團隊合作、充滿熱情與動力
  • 目前定居於北北基桃都會區

【基本工作資訊】

  • 本工作單位為合法立案社團法人,地點在台北市
  • 本薪 48,000 起,依照能力、經驗、加分條件核薪
  • 本職缺試用期為三個月
  • 彈性工時及上下班時間,雙周工時間共計 80 小時
  • 遠端工作,視業務需求進行實體會議、活動或至指定機關洽公
  • 不定期員工旅遊、職業訓練課程機會
  • 視職務需求,可能有出差、外派短期受訓機會
  • 年終保障一個月
