Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead end-to-end digital and product development initiatives from client communication to system delivery. You'll coordinate across teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec, and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage website, app, and product-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, with regular progress updates.
  2. Conduct independent client requirement interviews, maintain strong client relationships, and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
  3. Assist in reviewing project contracts and technical architectures to ensure alignment between project goals and technical feasibility.
  4. Manage project teams, and plan and optimize project management workflows and methodologies.
  5. Participate in all phases of project execution, including proposal drafting, requirements analysis, system development management, functional testing, and issue tracking.
  6. Prepare project management and analysis documentation, and support technical teams in drafting system design and testing documents.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software, fintech, or blockchain-related industries.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; able to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as ClickUp, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Effective deck creation and presentation skills, familiarity with Canva.
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred

  • Experience in Web3, blockchain, or emerging technology ecosystems.
  • Understanding of UI/UX, product lifecycle management, and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.

  4. 管理專案團隊,規劃並優化專案管理流程與執行模式。
  5. 全程參與專案執行各階段,包括提案撰寫、需求分析、系統開發管理、功能測試與問題追蹤。
  6. 撰寫專案管理與分析文件,協助技術團隊完成系統設計與測試文件。
  7. 主管交辦之其他事項。

任職資格

  • 三年以上專案管理經驗,具軟體、金融科技或區塊鏈相關產業經驗者佳。
  • 具備良好的溝通與協調能力,能有效領導跨部門團隊。
  • 熟悉 Agile/Scrum 方法論及專案管理工具,如 ClickUp、Microsoft Excel、Google Sheets。
  • 有效的簡報創建和演示技巧,熟悉 Canva
    。
  • 具備良好的中英文書寫與口語能力。

加分條件
