業務專案經理 / Sales Project Manager (台灣地區)

工作內容:

• 建立並維持與客戶的良好關係
• 與管理層級相關利害關係人合作,定義專案範疇、目標與交付成果,並控管時程以確保業務順利運作
• 依需求向管理層回報並升級處理專案問題
• 執行風險管理,以降低專案風險
• 與客戶進行報價談判,並管理專案範疇、時程與成本的變更

資格條件:

• 大學以上學歷
• 具備5年以上相關工作經驗
• 熟悉動態專案管理方法(如 Agile、Scrum 等)
• 注重細節,並以高品質成果為導向
• 具備專案管理經驗者佳
• 能獨立作業,也能與團隊合作

必要技能:

• 專案時間╱進度控管
• 專案溝通╱整合管理
• 業務或通路開發
• 客戶情報蒐集
• 負責產銷協調溝通

工作地點:

• 桃園市,楊梅區 (幼獅工業區),本職位需於台灣辦公室工作,無提供遠端工作

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our team. This role bridges customer engagement and internal project execution, ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery of business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good relationships with the customers.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders. Control the schedule to ensure smooth business operations.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Negotiate quotations with customers and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and business costs.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Dynamic methodologies.
• High attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality results.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
