【工作職責】

負責客戶專案進度掌握,確保客戶新專案與訂單在ERP系統(SAP)正確執行。

與業務、法規、生產端等跨部門經常溝通,確保專案在最高品質下順利達成客戶要求。

帶領團隊執行並整合各項專案、跨部門溝通並解決作業流程相關問題。

依照經驗分派負責歐洲客戶、美洲客戶、亞洲客戶或是紐澳客戶等,工作內容如下:

  • 40% 負責當區訂單專案進度掌握,確保出貨安排符合客戶要求
  • 完整訂單生產流程跟進,從Key單到出貨安排
  • 生產產程、內外部溝通協調
  • 系統操作 : ERP(SAP)、公司內部系統平台
  • 客訴跟進
  • 收款
  • 40% 新品開發
  • 負責專案成本計算,成品估價
  • 參與產品包裝設計、規格制訂
  • 20% 指標優化
  • 專案成本優化,提升毛利率
  • 成半品庫存管理
