你會做的事

  • 建立並落地 HR 全套 SOP:招募、任用、考核、升遷、獎懲、離職、申訴。
  • 規劃績效體系(OKR/KPI、評等校準、獎金連動)與各部門考核指標。
  • 與 CEO/COO/主管協作進行年度編制與招募;優化雇主品牌與招募漏斗(TTH、Offer Rate、來源成效)。
  • 規劃薪酬架構與職等職級;年度調薪/獎金制度設計。
  • 建置訓練與人才發展計畫(主管力、銷售力、專業職能);導入 HRIS/考勤/薪資系統。
  • 法規與稽核:勞基法/個資法遵循與文件化流程;協助 IPO 前人事制度健檢(具經驗者佳)。
  • 推動文化與員工關係,成為各部門的 HRBP 夥伴。

我們希望你具備

  • 3–5 年以上 HR 通才經驗,曾在新創或高速成長環境做過 0→1 制度建置。
  • 具備績效/考核實作經驗與數據思維,能以報表/儀表板驅動決策。
  • 強溝通與專案管理能力,能跨部門推動落地、親力親為把事做成。
  • 熟悉勞動法規與人資常見法遵。

加分項目

  • IPO 或預備掛牌經驗(制度健檢、內控、人資文件、ESOP/限制型股票)。
  • FMCG/生技/品牌端經驗。
  • HRIS/薪資考勤系統導入與流程優化經驗。
