這份工作的挑戰在於數據需要精準,制度會隨快速疊代更新,你需要主動釐清問題、找到解方。但你也會接觸到新創公司獨有的歷程,
參與 IPO 前的籌備,體驗如何在顧問輔導下從 0 開始導入內稽內控制度,這會是職涯中難得的成長經驗。
同時,我們也鼓勵你跨職能探索,找到屬於自己在 HR 舞台上的更多位置。

你將在 Hahow 負責

  • 薪酬管理:負責核薪、薪資計算、獎金審核與發放。
  • 人事與法規作業:處理入離職、勞健保、考勤管理,確保符合法規。
  • 報表與申報:完成薪酬報表與所得稅申報,提供決策依據。
  • 福利制度管理:維護員工福利制度、協助申請與異動。
  • 晉升與績效管理:執行晉升、績效考核,支持人才發展。
  • 政府補助案申請與行政:整理文件並完成補助案申請與結案。
  • 工具與帳號管理:管理 Google Workspace、Notion、Slack 等企業辦公套組帳號與權限,確保團隊運作流暢與安全。

必備條件

  • 3年以上 薪酬管理 經驗。
  • 能同時兼顧合規與人性化的思維,理解制度背後對夥伴的影響。

如果你有以下經歷與特質會很棒

  • 具備同理心對人有愛,樂於進行有溫度的溝通。
  • 具 NUEIP 或 HRIS 人資系統操作經驗。
  • 具有Google Workspace 企業辦公套組、Notion、Slack等工具使用經驗。
  • 曾在新創、電商、教育或軟體產業工作。
  • 喜歡設計、優化流程,願意用 AI 工具(如 ChatGPT、N8N) 讓 HR 流程更有效率。
