  2. 維護內部人力資源之相關紀錄

  3. 執行及跟進公司週期性績效管理追蹤、績效改善 。

  4. 規劃與執行內/外部的訓練執行與追蹤與成效評估。

  5. 員工/勞資關係經營建立,推動員工關係相關活動、制度及專案,企業文化與員工凝聚力建設,勞資會議召開。

  6. 離職管理,勞資/性騷擾事件管理、內部溝與員工意見回饋。

  7. 內/外部與廠商客戶稽核(CSR、ESG、RBA)、ISO稽核。

  8. 其他主管臨時交辦事項。

其他條件:

  1. HR full function 經驗尤佳。

  2. 熟悉勞動法令,能落實人資策略計畫,確保執行成果。

  3. 具有組織能力、溝通協調能力及問題解決能力。
