Requirements
What we expect from you:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on C&B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal etc
  • Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary proposal etc
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review
  • Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
  • Any other tasks as deem necessary by manager

    1. 其他主管交辦事項。

Our Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in HR related role
  • 2 years'+ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Experience in using HRIS NUEiP and/ or Bamboo HR is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
  • 1、5年以上HR經驗;
  • 2、薪資作業(實際作業)2年以上;
  • 3、對資料敏感,工作細緻,條理清晰;
  • 4、適應性高、執行力強、抗壓能高,具高溝通、協調能力,以完成任務為目標;
  • 5、HRIS使用NUEiP、Bamboo經驗者佳;
  • 6、英文需中等以上,精通者尤佳。
