Responsible for improving Diodes KH employee relationship and strength the communicate with Labor Union & Government. To create the friendly job environment. To support human resources related workload during maternity leave and parental leave and ensure smooth flow of all processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• To manage and maintain employee attendance system and provide timely assistance to employees.
• To build a friendly working environment and deal with labor dispute issues and ensure LMM implemented on schedule.
• To responsible KHH EWC/Union/Labor related activities and support Workday system.
• To coordinate on projects such as training, audit, and other types of activities.
• To Assist HR administration works.

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 2 years of working experience. (Recruitment/Training working experience is plus).
• Labor laws knowledge.
• Good English.
• Good PC skills.
