Job Overview

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a seasoned Data Products Manager to spearhead the development of data-driven products. As a key member of our team, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that deliver valuable insights and meet clients analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
  • Help with data pipeline and data warehouse management
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience as a data analyst or data product manager
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics. Master's degree is plus
  • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
  • Strong Python and other programming skills to deal with data
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
  • Fluent English is a must
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
  • Strong programming experience with frameworks, including Python and ETL
  • Practical experience in cloud database and big data tool, including GCP, Azure, Mongo, Hadoop and etc
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
