Job Overview

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a Data Products Manager - Visionary to lead the development of data-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and product management, with a proven track record of delivering solutions that meet customer needs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data products that deliver valuable insights and meet customer analytics needs.
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Help with data pipeline and data warehouse management.


Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience as a data analyst or data product manager.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
  • Strong Python and other programming skills to deal with data.
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
  • Fluent English is a must.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong programming experience with frameworks, including Python and ETL.
  • Practical experience in cloud database and big data tool, including GCP, Azure, Mongo, Hadoop, and etc.
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
