Product Development Management is a dynamic field that requires innovative thinking and strategic leadership. As a Senior Principal Product Development Manager at Dell, you will lead a team of experts in delivering cutting-edge products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of business goals and objectives, as well as advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, test, and quality. Your expertise will be critical in driving technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directs the efforts of a team to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
  • Leverages technical skills to drive the team toward appropriate design of customer technology solutions.
  • Organizes intra- and inter-organizational activities to ensure completion of products/programs/projects on schedule and within budget constraints.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience.
  • Advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, test, and quality.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions.
