Product Development Lead (Commercial Desktop)

Deliver exceptional results in our fast-paced Product Development Management environment

We're seeking a skilled Product Development Lead to drive the delivery of high-complexity products through their entire lifecycle. Your expertise in product development and project management will be invaluable in ensuring dependency and deliverable tracking across products/solutions/functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage high complexity products through entire lifecycle, and support decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle until product End of Life (EOL)
  • Drive Solution Readiness and release readiness (organization wide)
  • Define the program risk management plan and drive mitigation and resolutions
  • Proliferate best practices from releases across Portfolio and BU's
  • Design standard program management practices, collaborate with and mentor other members of the product management org

  • Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts
  • Understanding of business environment and solid understanding of the competition
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup and work in a team environment
  • Cross-Functional skill, Communication skills, Mentoring/Coaching skills, Negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills, ability to influence others to achieve results, Presentation skills, Financial and analytical experience

We're looking for someone with experience

Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 8+ years with a Masters degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience. Has PC development experience is preferred.
