Hahow 好學校是全台領先的跨領域線上學習平台,不僅提供流暢的學習體驗,更擅長打造兼具創新性與高品質的課程內容。每一堂好課程的成功,背後都需要一位能夠整合資源、掌舵方向的關鍵角色——課程營運暨企劃經理。

你將負責所屬課程出版單元的營運與盈虧成果,帶領內容企劃、專案行銷、影片製作、視覺設計等跨職能成員,從市場洞察、產品定位、內容品質控管到商業成效,全面主導課程的生命週期。

我們希望你不只是內容的把關者,更是懂得結合市場需求與學習體驗的「內容出版人」——能將專業知識轉譯為易吸收、具娛樂性且能引發行動的線上課程,讓更多好課程被對的人看見。

工作內容

以下,是這份工作肩負的任務:

  • 課程營運:擔任年度課程操盤手,肩負單位績效及獲利表現,達成公司目標。
  • 績效設定:依公司目標制定團隊 KPI ,以及管理團隊績效。
  • 內容規劃:針對課程主題與定位,制定具商業價值的課程大綱及品質把關。
  • 用戶洞察:探索用戶學習目標,掌握各圈層受眾的溝通設計與技巧。
  • 關係管理:掌握創作者狀態,掌握內容產製進度、反應即時狀況。
  • 議題包裝:依據創作者本質,制定適合的形象與議題行銷策略,打造傳播宣傳的利基。
  • 團隊管理:管理夥伴 ( 企劃 / 行銷 / 視覺 / 製片) 及跨部門協作時程、協調資源分配,預算管控。

必備條件

希望你具備以下特質與職能,與團隊夥伴更好的協作

  • 專案管理與協作能力:具備跨部門協作與專案領導經驗,能有效整合行銷、製作與設計資源。
  • 市場洞察:具備市場調研與用戶分析能力,能轉化洞察為可執行的課程策略與商業計畫。
  • 數據導向思維:能運用數據分析銷售表現與學員行為,並據此優化營運策略。
  • 內容創意呈現:對內容呈現、品牌調性與學習體驗具高敏感度,善於有創意的轉譯專業知識。
  • 溝通與影響力:善於表達溝通,能與不同專業背景的成員協作,推動決策與行動落地。

加分條件

  • 具備品牌或行銷經驗 5 年以上。
  • 曾於媒體、教育、電商或廣告代理商任職3年以上。
  • 曾參與產品從 0 到 1 的開發與上市經驗。
  • 具大型專案操盤經驗,成功創造營收產品案例。
  • 對知識產業、新創科技平台有熱情,保持一顆熱愛學習的好奇心。
  • 擅長數位工具,如 Google Slide、 Figma、Mixpanel、GA4、Clarity。
