職務名稱:Associate, Catalog Operation 商品頁營運專案專員(圖片組)
1. 帶領團隊完成商品圖片品質管理任務 (規劃、制定流程並追蹤專案進度、達成專案目標...等)
2. 跨部門團隊合作,優化改善商品圖片的展示
3. 依專案性質帶領約10位約聘人員,管理工作進度並進行工作分配和進度追蹤
4. 依據需求優先級與案件量,進行人員調度及溝通管理
5. 其他主管交辦事項

招募條件

1. 熟悉Microsoft Office及Google Sheet等文書處理工具(熟悉篩選及常用公式如xlookup、樞紐等)。
2. 具備1~2年工作經歷
3. 能獨立思考,並依據專案目標分析及規劃具體執行流程
4. 積極主動樂於學習,靈活度高可跨部門溝通與合作,溝通表達清晰有邏輯
5. 會使用Adobe圖片編修、設計產品:Photoshop & Illustrator

加分條件

1. 能靈活應用表單工具功能進行資料分析
2. 具人員管理經驗尤佳
3. 英文讀/寫程度中上
