工作內容:

  • Product Operation 平台旅遊商品維運:
    具電商業績商業思維,了解電商的產品定價、庫存、服務等基本產品策略制定。
    並透過持續的市場動態觀察、數字研究,維持產品競爭力。
  • Account Management 管理供應商夥伴:
    長期維運供應商夥伴關係與商業條件,確保雙方利益極大化,持續帶來業績表現。
  • Product development 開拓旅遊商品:
    拓展並開發全台灣旅遊門票、交通商品,洽談具競爭力、吸引力的旅遊熱賣商品。
  • Communication 跨國協調溝通 :
    須與公司內部跨團隊合作,與行銷團隊合作創造社群媒體素材,與客服團隊合作維持旅客滿意度,須具備高度溝通能力。

人才條件:

  • 旅遊商品敏感度:
    懂玩、懂旅遊,隨時搜集最新、最流行的旅遊體驗。
  • 積極自主的新創 Mind-set:
    能獨立作業,善於溝通、不怕生自主開發,解決問題能力與發現問題。
  • 具備理性數字分析能力:
    能有邏輯與架構的安排業績任務,Data Driven 以數字表現和團隊進行溝通。
  • 具有基本市場業務經驗及簡報提案能力,熟悉 MS Office (Excel、PowerPoint)。
  • 精通中英文溝通

  • 具備電商產業或旅遊產業 1-3 年商務開發工作經驗
  • 具備行銷渠道操作或提案經驗
