This position is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and optimization of SAP systems to enhance business process efficiency and digital transformation. Acting as an internal consultant, the role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring system configurations and customizations align with operational goals.

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

  • 全程參與 SAP導入專案,擔任內部顧問,負責模組藍圖設計、系統配置與上線支援
  • 與業務單位緊密合作,深入進行需求訪談與 Gap Analysis,將業務需求轉化為有效的技術解決方案
  • 撰寫功能規格文件(Functional Specification),並與技術團隊協作,確保客製化開發符合預期
  • 主導各階段測試(單元測試、整合測試、UAT),並提供上線後的穩定支援與持續優化建議
  • 參與現有 SAP ECC ABAP 程式的維護與優化,確保系統高效運作

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

  • Education: bachelor or above
  • Professional Certificates/Licenses:
  • Experience:工作經驗至少五年以上
  • Language: 英文聽說讀寫佳

  • Required Competencies技術與經驗要求:

  • 至少 3 年以上 SAP 導入或維運經驗

  • 精通以下模組之一的標準流程與設定:

  • SD:訂單管理、出貨、開票、客戶主資料、定價條件等

  • PP:生產排程、物料清單(BOM)、工作中心、工單管理等

  • MM:採購流程、庫存管理、供應商主資料等

  • 熟悉跨模組整合流程(如 MM-SD, PP-MM, SD-FI 等)

  • 具備基本 ABAP 語法閱讀與撰寫能力者佳。

  • 加分條件

  • 參與過 S/4HANA 導入專案

  • S/4HANA 專業技能:
  • 有使用 SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) 或 SAP Cloud Platform 經驗。
  • 熟悉 ABAP for S/4HANA (包含 CDS, AMDP, Open SQL) 開發與最佳化。
  • 具備 SAP Fiori / UI5 應用程式開發與整合 經驗,包含 Fiori UI/Launchpad 使用與設定、Embedded Analytics 與 CDS View 概念
  • 熟悉 OData / REST API 開發與服務設定
  • 升級與技術轉換經驗:
  • 曾參與 SAP ECC 升級至 S/4HANA 專案,負責程式碼分析與重構
  • 熟悉 SAP Simplification Item Check, Custom Code Migration, ATC 等工具
  • 其他:
  • 具備 SAP 認證(如 ABAP for S/4HANA、Fiori 開發)
  • 有大型企業或跨國 SAP 導入經驗者優先考慮
