The Finance Manager / Deputy Manager plays a key position within the corporate finance team, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and regional cash management to align financial performance with strategic business objectives. This position coordinates with global subsidiaries to enhance capital efficiency and reporting transparency, while leading key initiatives such as group restructuring, financing strategies, and process optimization to strengthen financial governance and operational effectiveness.

工作職責 Job Responsibilities

財務規劃與分析(FP&A)

  • 負責年度預算編製、滾動預測及預實差異分析,提供營運決策依據。
  • 支援管理層進行財務績效追蹤與改善建議。
  • Responsible for annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide management with financial insights and performance improvement recommendations.

跨區域資金管理制度

  • 配合全球子公司稅務與資金規劃,設計並優化跨區資金調度與服務費政策。
  • 審核內部結算與移轉訂價(Transfer Pricing)合理性與合規性。
  • Collaborate with global subsidiaries on tax and cash planning to optimize intercompany funding and service fee structures.
  • Review intercompany transactions and ensure transfer pricing compliance.

財務管理報告與系統支援

  • 維護並應用 EPM(Enterprise Performance Management)系統,確保報表分析一致性。
  • 統籌跨區管理報告,提供決策分析支援。
  • Maintain and utilize EPM system for consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate regional management reporting and provide strategic decision support.

工作條件及要求 Job Requirements

學歷 Education

大學以上財務、稅務會計、經濟或相關科系畢業;碩士尤佳

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Master's preferred

經驗 Experience

5年以上財務分析、預算規劃或集團財務管理經驗;具跨國企業經驗尤佳

Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance; multinational experience preferred

專業技能 Skills

精通Excel、Power BI 或 EPM 系統;熟悉稅務概念

Proficient in Excel, Power BI or EPM tools; solid understanding of IFRS and tax principles

語言能力 Language

具良好英文聽說讀寫能力,可獨立撰寫報告與跨國溝通

Strong command of English (written & spoken) for cross-border communication
