Assistant Customer Marketing Manager – Liquor Store

About this role
As Liquor Store customer marketing expert, you will develop & lead planning that fully integrate shopper, customer and channel insights based on brand/category solutions & activities for customers/channels.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Being a pivotal link between Sales and Marketing (Integration of brand marketing plans with customer Joint Business Plan)
• Use shopper insights and retail data to identify key customer & channel opportunities to build brand awareness, trial & penetration - through brand advocacy, customer promotions, in-store visibility
• Facilitate communication of cross functional teams by providing required information and support
• Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into business building opportunities with specific customers/channels (provide customer inputs)
• Work with field sales to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of business plan
• Gather on ground competitive intelligence & oversee tracking of physical availability measures
• Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings Channel and Customer thought Leadership
• Developing Selling Stories - 'Why' a customer would want to support our brand initiatives
• Budget management and evaluate trade investment result and ROI

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

• Minimum 5 years in Sales or Trade Marketing areas with specific experience in creating category vision and category growth platforms and developing channel strategies and plans
• The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at influencing people and achieving business results/objectives collaboratively and using higher order influencing skills
• Strong commercial strategical and highly analytical skills with data literacy, understanding and evaluating the profit impact of their actions
• Exposure to working in rapidly changing environments
• Experience managing multiple projects and promotions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and channels
• Native Mandarin and fluent in English
