We're Hiring Join Studycat as a Customer Marketing Assistant

Are you interested in customer communication, email marketing, and AI tools? Want to help make language learning fun for kids worldwide?

Studycat is looking for a Customer Marketing Assistant
to support our global team and connect with families across the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and manage email campaigns to engage and convert users
  • Use AI/LLMs to improve customer communication workflows
  • Support customer interviews, surveys, and user research
  • Track market trends and competitors
  • Assist with customer tracking for schools and daily marketing tasks

What We're Looking For:

Fresh graduate or someone starting out in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar

Strong English writing and communication skills

Interest in email marketing, customer engagement, and social media

Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn


Experience with Mailchimp/HubSpot, analytics, or Mandarin is a plus

Location:
Tainan or remote in Taiwan


Schedule:
Part-time or full-time
