Responsibilities

Lead the Product-Market Fit (PMF) validation and commercialization strategy for AI products to ensure successful market positioning and revenue achievement in target markets.

Key Tasks

1.
Market Research & Product Positioning

  • Conduct data-driven market analysis and field research to establish a PMF validation framework, accurately assess market demand, and define competitive positioning.
  • Develop product differentiation strategies based on market insights, clearly defining target customer profiles and core value propositions.
  • Formulate competitive pricing strategies to achieve the optimal balance between market penetration and profitability.

Commercialization Strategy Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated go-to-market strategies covering digital marketing and offline channel development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to translate product market strategies into tangible sales outcomes.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to establish end-to-end go-to-market execution processes — from online lead generation to offline customer acquisition.

  1. Experience in product commercialization or business development.
  2. Proficiency in market data analysis tools and field research methods.
  3. Hands-on experience in digital marketing and online/offline promotional strategy execution.
  4. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a results-driven mindset.
  5. English communication skills sufficient to manage international market-related work.
  6. Resilience and perseverance, with the ability to push through challenges and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in commercializing software products and familiarity with the unique characteristics of technology markets.
  2. Ecosystem thinking — understanding of software product market development strategies.
  3. Foundational understanding of AI technologies and market trends.
