【工作內容】
我們正在尋找一位富有熱情和創造力的AI與數位工具產品經理,和我們一起推動數位創新。加入我們,您將有機會:

  • 制訂與執行產品策略: 與跨部門團隊合作,規劃並設計產品,包括:
  • 分析市場趨勢與客戶需求,制定具前瞻性的產品願景與發展方向。
  • 善用組織資源,整合跨部門或跨系統需求,推動AI應用落地。
  • 產品管理:負責管理產品的整個生命周期,包括:
  • 使用敏捷方法來有效管理任務、進度和資源。
  • 確保AI產品符合法規和資安標準,並讓用戶明白使用AI的責任和風險。
  • 產品上線後,建立並監控關鍵績效指標(KPIs),評估產品的成功並為未來的改進提供數據支持。
  • 制定推廣計劃,讓使用者了解產品功能和最佳使用方法。
  • 收集客戶反饋,並利用這些資訊持續改進產品,這包括根據使用者需求和技術進步不斷更新產品。
  • 創新與實現: 與數位平台與AI策略團隊合作,應用AI技術解決實際問題,從概念到產品落地,具體包括但不限於:
  • 開發AI客服機器人,減少市場營銷的人力負擔。
  • 建立AI代理人(Agent),提高團隊工作效率。
  • 自動化程式碼生成,加速開發與測試流程。
  • 建立知識管理平台,讓組織內部經驗能高效運用。
  • 知識共享:推動AI技術在公司內部的普及和應用,通過培訓和技術支援提升同仁們對AI工具的理解和使用效率。

  • 能與跨職能團隊進行密切的協調和溝通,有效向內部團隊、客戶、合作夥伴等利害關係人清晰傳達產品規劃與決策邏輯。
  • 邏輯清晰,具備需求與問題分析潛質,善於溝通與良好表達能力,能將複雜的技術概念轉換成易於理解的解決方案傳達給非專業受眾。
  • 能策劃並推動執行專案計畫,協助產品投資與優先順序的決策,有效規劃與分配資源滿足需求。
  • 熱情學習能善用數位工具,組織協作提出具創意與價值的解決方案。
  • 具備機器學習、深度學習、生成式AI、Prompt Engineering等知識。
  • 熟悉資訊系統的整體架構及規畫,具備系統建置、維運及整合的相關能力。

【加分條件】

  • 具備Azure、GCP或AWS等雲端計算平台實務經驗者佳。
  • 具備PMP專案管理,專業證照佳
  • 具半導體產業經驗。
  • 具備日文溝通能力
