你將成為 [AI 健康產品] 的核心掌舵者

你的任務不僅是開發功能,更是要打造一個能真正走入使用者生活的 AI 夥伴。

你需要將抽象的「健康目標」轉化為直覺、好用的產品體驗,透過規劃使用者旅程與任務系統,引導使用者建立良好的飲食習慣。你將整合產品策略與設計思維,帶領團隊從 0 到 1 實現產品願景,讓科技成為人們追求健康的最佳助力。

【We Need You to …】

在這裡,你將負責:

  1. 定義產品靈魂與方向


• 負責產品願景(Vision)、策略與長期 Roadmap。


• 規劃完整的使用者旅程(User Journey)、體驗架構與任務系統,確保產品流程順暢且具吸引力。

  1. 主導從概念到落地的全流程


• 整合 PM 邏輯與產品設計能力,主導「需求分析 → 介面設計 → 功能上線」的完整閉環。


• 撰寫高品質的 PRD,負責優先級管理(Prioritization)與 Sprint Planning,確保開發節奏高效且精準。

  1. 驅動核心成長指標


• 為產品成效負責,重點推動活躍率(DAU/MAU)、留存率(Retention)以及關鍵行為指標。


• 透過使用者研究與 A/B Test,持續驗證假設並優化產品體驗。

  1. 跨領域協作與溝通


• 作為團隊樞紐,與軟體工程師、AI 工程師、營養師、醫療專家及行銷團隊緊密協作,確保產品既符合醫療專業,又具備 AI 科技的創新性。

【About You】

我們正在尋找具備以下特質的你:


• 3+ 年實戰經驗:擔任過產品經理(PM)或產品負責人(PO),熟悉打造用戶互動型的產品。


• 0 到 1 的開創者:擁有從無到有的產品開發經驗,具備獨立思考能力,能將模糊的概念轉化為具體的執行計畫。


• 懂設計的邏輯家:熟悉 UX/UI 基礎概念,能繪製 Wireframe 或 Flowchart,並能與設計師進行高效率溝通。


• 數據導向決策:習慣用數據說話,能從數據中挖掘洞察以支持決策。

• 相關領域背景:有健康(Health)、醫療、運動、減重、AI 或 SaaS 軟體產業經驗。
