・Retail/real estate market information collection and trade area survey.
・GU New store development (including mall and land development evaluation, negotiation, approval report production, board meeting approval report, contract negotiation, contract sign up and follow-up tracking).
・Store asset management (including maintenance of lease relationship, renewal negotiation, and related management matters).
・Close cooperation with various departments (for example: store design, store operations, finance  and marketing department) to obtain the best interests of stores and our company.
・Other incident handling (water leakage in the store, negotiation of business damage, settlement of customer complaints, emergency handling, etc.).
