Are you a strategic leader with a passion for creating exceptional event experiences and driving business growth? We're looking for a
Director of Events Management
to lead our events team and elevate our banquet and conference operations to the next level.

What You'll Do
Lead and direct the events management team to achieve revenue targets and deliver outstanding service.

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new business opportunities.

Engage with guests to enhance service quality and ensure memorable event experiences.

Oversee the planning and execution of events to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in banquet and conference sales, with a strong ability to set and achieve individual and team goals.

Deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape, with the ability to adjust and define future sales strategies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building effective cross-departmental relationships.

Experience in budgeting and forecasting monthly sales targets, and participating in budget review meetings.

Background in F&B management and on-site event execution is a plus.

Ability to resolve client concerns and build long-term customer relationships.

Capable of handling tasks assigned by senior management.

工作內容:
帶領並指導宴會業務團隊,達成營收目標並提供卓越服務。

與業務團隊密切合作,拓展業務機會。

主動與客戶互動,提升服務品質,創造難忘的活動體驗。

規劃、執行並監督各項活動,確保流程順暢、效率高。

我們希望您具備以下條件:
至少五年以上宴會與會議銷售經驗,能夠制定並達成個人與團隊目標。

熟悉市場競爭環境與趨勢,具備調整並制定未來銷售策略的能力。

具備良好溝通與協商能力,能與其他部門建立良好合作關係。

熟悉年度預算編列與每月銷售目標預估,並能參與預算審核會議。

具備餐飲管理經驗及現場執行能力者尤佳。

能妥善處理客戶反饋並建立長期合作關係。

能執行主管交辦之各項任務。
