你是否希望在全球布局的生技製藥公司中發揮你的專業才能?您將負責優化並推動國內外轉投資公司財會管理制度,涵蓋台灣、美國、日本及韓國等據點。主要工作包括制定財會控制制度、審計流程、財務報表覆核、年度預算規劃及風險管控,並與高層合作執行各項財務任務。這是一個充滿挑戰與機會的角色,讓您能在全球市場發揮影響力。

Responsibilities

  1. 優化及制定國內外轉投資公司財會管理辦法並進行推動執行
  2. 負責制定國內外轉投資公司內部財會控制制度及相關審計辦法等並進行推動執行.
  3. 組織建立完善國內外轉投資公司財會核算體系. (如 美、日、韓等地)
  4. 集團及轉投資公司財會相關分析報表訂定及覆核,建置相關財會風險控管機制.
  5. 集團及轉投資公司年度預算規劃、編制及追蹤分析
  6. 執行主管交辦事項.

Qualifications

  1. 英文需能流利溝通與書寫
  2. 具備八年以上相關工作財會主管經驗及良好的溝通協調能力.
  3. 細心/ 積極主動,抗壓性高,具備團隊合作精神.
