工作目標
建立並維持公司會計與財務制度,確保日常財務運作透明、合法。
配合集團與母公司要求,負責月/季/年度財報編製及合併報表作業。
規劃與執行IPO前期財務架構,逐步導入內控制度與公司治理規範。
支持公司營運成長及未來3年內IPO之目標,提升投資人信任度。
主要職責
負責財務報表編製、帳務處理與稅務申報,並確保符合IFRS與主管機關規範。
建立並推動內部控制制度,提升公司治理水準,符合公開發行及上市櫃要求。
負責年度預算規劃、資金調度與成本控制,支持營運決策。
協助集團及母公司進行財報合併、稽核配合與外部會計師溝通。
規劃IPO前期財務制度,包括股本結構、財報揭露、審計流程等。
培育與帶領小型財會團隊(或外部合作會計資源),確保財務作業準確高效。
支援跨部門(研發、法規、營運)提供財務數據與決策建議。
資格條件
會計、財務或相關科系大學以上學歷。
10年以上會計或財務工作經驗,至少3年以上主管經驗。
熟悉IFRS、公司法、證交法與金管會相關規範。
具公開發行公司或IPO經驗尤佳。
能獨立規劃並建立財務制度,適合中小型公司快速成長環境。
加分條件
有醫療器材、生技或製藥產業背景。
具備審計事務所或上市櫃財會工作經驗。
熟悉合併報表與多公司帳務整合。
英文佳,可應對跨國溝通與審計需求。
