  • CASETiFY台灣正在尋找一位能在步調快速的環境中成長的的會計專員,您將在台灣的財務部負責維護應收帳款的準確記錄,以及每日財務分錄和對帳工作.

工作內容

  • 每日、每週及每月針對電子發票系統與內部系統進行對帳,確認發票確實開立,並針對有問題之交易做進一步確認。
  • 應收帳款交易單據覆核及應收帳款收款沖銷,確保所有付款均已入帳並正確記錄。
  • 即時提報有問題之銷售單並解決客戶發票問題。
  • 集團關聯交易帳務處理及發票開立相關作業。
  • 管理應收帳款分類帳及應收帳款檔案,並協助月底結帳作業。
  • 協助每日簿記工作,確保財務記錄準確完整。
  • 營業稅務申報及銷項調節表編制,公司所得稅及各類所得申報。
  • 協助年度審計作業,準備審計資料提供給會計師。
  • 協助會計結帳工作並準備相關財務報告(如:帳齡表)。
  • 其他主管交辦事項。

要求

  • 財務、會計或相關學科的大專或學士學位。
  • 至少2年實務會計或會計師事務所經驗。
  • 具備電子商務、零售行業或全球會計經驗者尤佳。
  • 具備良好的溝通及應變能力。
  • 注重工作效率且具有團隊合作精神。
  • 成熟獨立,具高度主動性。
  • 熟悉會計軟體;具備NetSuite會計系統經驗尤佳。
  • 良好的中英文書面及口語能力。

Job Description

  • Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of the e-invoicing system and report the issue if there's any
  • Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve customers invoice issues
  • Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files
  • Managing the intercompany purchase on a regular basis
  • Assisting with book-keeping and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Assist in year-end audit, tax filing and income filing for the Company. Including the preparation of audit schedules and reporting package
  • Perform accounting closing activities and prepare related financial reports
  • Provide support for accounting-related ad-hoc tasks within the organization

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hands-on accounting or accounting firm
  • Experience in e-commerce business, retail industry or global accounting is an advantage
  • Responsible, self-disciplined, proactive, good team player and detail-minded
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
  • Mature and independent with high level of proactiveness
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software; Knowledge in Netsuite accounting system is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English
